Our quick and easy purchasing system means that you will be able to benefit from our services immediately. Payments will be taken at the time of purchase using credit or debit cards. Look out for DTIJS, UAE on your bank statement when the payment has gone through.
If you need to cancel our services for any reason, please let us know, in writing as soon as possible. If we have not started work on your project (roughly within 24 hours of purchase), the possibility of a refund will be discussed.
If however, we have started work on your project, we unfortunately cannot give you a full refund. We may be able to give you a partial refund, but this is on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch with us regarding your refund, and we’ll talk you through your options.
Please note that approving cancellation and refund requests are ultimately at our discretion.
When placing an order, customers can choose their preferred delivery timeframe. There are two delivery options: standard delivery, which takes 5-7 working days, and express delivery, which takes 2-3 working days.
We have the ability to offer advice to clients and suggest the best delivery time for their proposed project.
Please be aware that express delivery is only available for certain projects, and we will inform all customers about this during the project briefing stage.
The delivery times we provide are only estimates. While we always strive to meet deadlines, there might be instances where we cannot meet the designated timeframe due to the nature of the work. In such situations, we will not be held accountable for any delays caused on the customer's part.
All finalised products will be digitally sent via email to the address associated with their account.
